SoapCity.com interview with KHC about his Armani suit (November Gala on Y&R (2003))

SC: Do you know who designed your suit?
Cobb: This is Armani, which doesn't usually fit.

SC: Did you pick it out or did [Y&R Costume Designer] Jennifer [Johns] have some suits for you to pick from?
Cobb: Jennifer and I actually shopped this suit together and it was tailored to fit.

SC: And what store?
Cobb: We were at Barneys New York in Beverly Hills.

SC: Generally do you go with her for all of your suits?
Cobb: Pretty much. She will go out and buy shirts, separate pieces -- a whole bunch -- and say, "Hey, do you like any of these?" and then take back the ones I don't like. But for suits it's good to be there because you can try things on and see how it works in the store. And I like clothes. I like shopping for clothes.

SC: Do you have a lot of say in what Damon wears?
Cobb: Yeah. They let me sort of speak up and if I don't like something, I say so. We pick out a lot of it together and if I don't like something I'll go up and say, "I don't think he'd wear this, he needs something else." They put him in these nice suits but he works in a lab, so we've been carefully choosing. And you have to watch them because they really like [clothes] tight-fitting -- everything's off the body. Listen, enough people have watched me do this over the years to know there's a body under here -- it's under here. They know -- just trust it. They don't have to show it all the time.
